After graduating Biomedical Health Sciences with majors in Epidemiology and Toxicology, Pascal further specialized in the field of medical scientific research and obtained his PhD in 2004 on the topic of spina bifida. In 2004, he enthusiastically joined Factory CRO for Medical Devices (now Avania). Over the years, he held many positions and ultimately, as a member of the Executive Senior Management Team (in the role of Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations), made a significant contribution to the globalization of a small company into a worldwide organization. After the successful sale of Avania in 2022, he decided to work as an independent consultant. At the end of 2022, together with Leonie, he founded GroWe Consultancy to offer their combined medical expertise. In late 2023, he started as a partner and COO at BeVinced.
